I'm so pleased for you Skips and I don't blame you being vague about your no intention of returning to help. As soon as you get paid, just block them.

A lot of work places wouldn't want someone coming back still having access to systems!

I thought I would post here as my company has two open CSM (UK) positions available. Customer Success Manager, basically an account manager role, not too technical, and if anyone here wants any further info or linked up to LinkedIn just let me know.

There was no mention again of me going back for month end, but I did really comprehensive notes so I think whoever takes over will be OK.

Fingers crossed I've done the sums right and I enjoy the new challenge.

Straight into online inductions tomorrow and Wednesday and then first day at the care home Thursday (where I suspect it's more training). I'm actually really excited, it's a complete change.
