I have no idea!
I’m looking at one that I’ve worked out (via a lucky Google) is based on Terry Pratchet’s Discworld which I know nothing about. I also collected two more puzzles on the way back from Sainsbury’s today.

Oh which is the Terry Pratchett one?
The one I’m stuck on is something to do with airport marker beacons I think.

GC39AWB
I’ve made a lot of progress since posted earlier as I realised that I was assuming something that wasn’t there!

No, I haven’t really looked at it for a couple of days. I’m hoping something will jump out next time I open it

Did you finish the Harry Potter one?

Terry Pratchett? Not yet because the next stage involves printing a couple of sheet out to a certain scale and I need to crank up the laptop for that!

Ah, the joy of solving a (different) puzzles and seeing that GZ is a fifteen minute walk from your house! And that it’s stopped raining.

Still plodding through the local puzzles. Haven’t solved the TP one yet because I can’t print one of the sheets to the correct scale on my printer. Will try at work tomorrow.
Picked up two puzzles and a traditional this morning while on a bike ride. One was a set of Russian dolls in a beaker and you had to undo them all to get to the log!

That’s not fun when it’s really cold
I still haven’t looked at my marker beacon one, must get round to it.

Ah well. I gave it a favourite point because it was a good puzzle and I learnt a thing or two in solving it.

Aw, I got a message from the CO who’s set most of my recent puzzle solves to say that he’s enjoying my logs.

That’s nice. It’s always good to get feedback.

So, we’re basically off geocaching for a while. J seemed quite pleased but I told him I’d be spending the time solving puzzle caches and then we’d have a map full of jigsaw pieces to find once this is all over!

Virtuals and earthcaches are still operational I believe. So long as you only go once a day it might be Ok

I had an interesting message through the GC site today. Someone I’ve never met offered me cash for the answers to a set of tough local puzzles.
