I'm listening to this now and imagine my surprise when they mentioned Raymond Terrace, my Australian family live there and have done since the 70's.

Oh how weird!

The last episode (for some time) was released this morning so I'm all caught up. Interested to see what you think, Duo.

I'm halfway through episode 2

Do they explain why he was in care?

I did find it easy to empathise with his grandmother after she was frank and answered that she was illiterate.

I really liked the David Tennant podcasts so went in search of something similar and came up with Table Manners with Jessie Ware and her mum. It's quite entertaining, they host a meal and invite people round to chat about food, life and other stuff.

The problem with cases like William Tyrrell is that there's so many moving parts.

I've binged the first 6 episodes now and I'm no further forward. He disappeared from his grandmother's patio (foster family side) and hasn't been seen since. His bio family from what I can now gather have a history of substance abuse and had previously abducted him but they don't seem to have been given any assistance by police etc and seem so far to be completely in the dark.

He ran around the side of the house roaring pretending to be a tiger and then there was silence, it's totally bizarre.

I really enjoyed Undercover Mumbai, three part drama. The sort of non taxing thing I like to listen to when cooking / doing housework.

It looks like there are more episodes in audiobook format too.

I’ve been listening to a Shardlake novel, Sovereign, on BBC Sounds. It’s the 15 Minute Drama format.

I did! It's really good but I found the confession tapes a really hard listen.
I’ve now listened to this and wow. Just wow.

I've been listening to The Missing Crypto queen podcast, it's a BBC sounds one. Its about a woman who set up a new cryptocurrency, got loads of people to invest and then disappeared. Theres some stuff about MLM in it too, which always amazes me. I know the real culprits are the people who set it up, but surely folk must realise that if it seems too good to be true, then it usually is. And why would you want a business that basically involves badgering family and friends to join up?

That sounds interesting, I'll take a listen. I fundamentally don't understand cryptocurrencies in the first place, is that essential?!

Did you listen to that one Ruby posted about, about MLMs. That was fascinating.

Not really, luckily as I don't understand them either :)) Its not a brilliant podcast but it passes a few hours.

I'll take a listen to Ruby's recommendation.

Has anyone got any good Halloween recommendations? I was bingeing on Casefile, but it made me feel full of despair.

I Am enjoying Ways To Change The World. Krishnan Guru-Murthy interviews people about all sorts of things, very interesting most of the time.

Thank you! I have found an article about some others but they are annoying me as they're fictional and not good fiction at that.
