Show your (craft)work

Incorporating hobbies, computer games, Verm's Interesting Links and anything else you can think of excluding football and other spectator sports because these belong in the Sport section, but allowing sports you play yourself with your own body as that counts as a pastime.

Two (unhemmed) dresses, neither of which thrill me.

The crossover lightning bolts one looks better on a body than a hanger as the top half is quite blousy but it’s unforgiving over a lumpy stomach.

The empire line (called “I Love the 90s’ :mrgreen) fireworks one is a bit maternity style.

Might anyone be interested in using a pack of novelty yarn? I bought it many years ago on clearance and I cleared it out of the car earlier as part of the stuff I was going to donate to charity last summer. It’s 10 balls of 50g.

If interested PM me your details and I’ll try and get it sent out this week - or failing that, next week when I’m on leave? It’s Wendy Velvet Flake in Orangeade.

Oh, my ma would love that for making little hats for the camp in Calais! But no problems if not.

I have arm holes! But only because a nice lady in the FB crochet along group talked me through it.

It's much faster now I'm just going round the body. I still have arms and edges to do which I think might be trickier. I'm quite delighted it actually looks like a piece of clothing now though. :))

Did you do these? I'm desperate to display my spices & herbs in a nicer manner than I have presently and these are amazing, just what I need.

Shoe, your crocheting is brilliant. I may commission you!

Yep, that’s the side of my fridge. The original, larger ones at the top were from IKEA but they don’t sell them any more. The smaller ones were from Amazon and you should be able to find something similar if you just search for magnetic spice jars. The labels and blackboard whitepen that I wrote them with were a separate Amazon purchase.

I hope she obliges.

I made Sproglette a cardigan with leftover tan rib and made myself another one in this navy blossom so we don’t have to be matching.

This dress for Elvis is another vintage pattern. I left off the collar as the dinosaurs are quite big but kept the pouffy sleeves.

That's all the individual items made, now I need to glue the weeny things onto the shelves and floor, and then build a greenhouse over it all
