Craft related giveaways

Incorporating hobbies, computer games, Verm's Interesting Links and anything else you can think of excluding football and other spectator sports because these belong in the Sport section, but allowing sports you play yourself with your own body as that counts as a pastime.

No takers for the patterns/samplers? I’m going to have to leave them here, my car will be groaning at the seams as it is.

I love them but none of them will fit my girth. I think the Calvin Klein /Vogue dresses are very Thatcheresque
She used to make loads years ago. I think she made her wedding dress, def my first communion dress and loads of my clothes. I’ve got her sewing machine packed up as well although I’m not sure what I’m going to do with it.
I’ve just found the wedding dress. Def handmade.

This is the only one I took today but I’ve packed it up to bring home while I decide what to do with it.

Oh, board attachment quota. I’ll try again later.

ETA I’ve deleted some of mine.

It has a matching underskirt too. I imagine it feels nicer than the net.

Oh, wow! You've got one of my Godmother's designs - Belinda Bellville, before she and David Sassoon became Bellville Sassoon! That's pre-1970. She was my mother's best friend and our families are intertwined on both sides. Her grandfather was my father's step-father - heir to Robinsons Barley Water and Colman's mustard!

I’m not sure. It’s tiny, ninth in length and waist size and it needs quite a bit of cleaning. I’ve messaged Bath Fashion Museum to see if it’s the sort of thing they’d be interested in.

That dress is absolutely gorgeous tex. I hope the museum is interested; if not and you wanted to sell I wonder if a small company like Dressed in History would be interested in buying?

If no one takes them Wendy I could pop it along to the craft cafe I go to. They’d sell it and put the money into community projects they do.
