Yep, level 2, give it a go, you’ll hardly notice the step up from level 1.

😂😂.

I've been preparing for a massive run (and getting pissed) so had to put Jillian down for a bit.

Day 3 tomorrow, I'm on it. 😂😂

I don’t own a Fitbit but bought my mum the Inspire HR for her birthday and was quite tempted to get one for me.

I'm dead.

But I've not given up, next target day is Tuesday, I'll go from there.

Hungover dead? ETA I’ve just seen your post on the fitness thread. Sorry for doubting you :))

W1D5: I attempted full press-ups on both circuits today. Just as I gave up and collapsed to my knees in the second lot she said ”one more” so I’m quite pleased with that although I don’t think I did as many as Bashira or dipped as low. W2 tomorrow :nerves: I hope Jillian meant it when she said it doesn’t get crazy till W3.

16 miles up, down around and in between 4 quarries at Stoke St Michael, Mells, Cranmore and one other that I can't remember. Maybe Vobster.

But I need to rest, for sure. 😂😂

Leigh on Mendip? Nice route but sounds tough.

Yes, I think it was those 4 that I mentioned.

We started in Vobster, did a massive climb (about 9 or 10 miles) up and around the quarries and ended up at Cranmore Tower before heading back down to Vobster again.

It was tough and I am ruined.

W2D1: Well that was harder than I remembered. Plank jacks and mountain climbers in the same circuit seems a bit keen and I nearly cried when she said squat thrusts. I also need to practise the ab hold to table top. Either I’m doing it wrong or my arms aren’t long enough

 Yeah, it's quite a workout! Well done though!

I haven't done anything yet. My leg is mildly hurting, well I'm aware that I have a leg if that makes any sense, but I think I'll start at least and if it gives me hassle I'll stop the cardio bits and see what I can do.

Good plan. We don’t want any injuries.
