Monday has been a double workout day. Arms and Abs before work and upper body (back, chest, shoulders and arms) after work.

First cross country of the season today - a relay. 4 miles of hills. Grass rather than mud though!
I was last in my leg but I worked really hard so got to be happy with that.

I’ve been to Dance Step this morning and even though I’d got it nailed at slow speed at home, in the studio it all went to shit.

I did 50 mins in upper body just me, then 90 mins on splits and pancake as part of a class.
My UB stuff is getting harder as mods are being removed or reps upped!

I had a week off due to being ill, then being away for a few days (though got lots of steps in then) Back at it this morning - shoulder and triceps workout and a treadmill incline walk.

First Tuesday club run in a while tonight. Nearly a mile jog there from the station, then 4.5 miles with a small, slow group - nice and chatty

Did glutes and hams this morning. Followed by another incline walk on the treadmill for a bit of cardio.

Pilates tonight. My calves are incredibly tight this week. I think it’s because I’ve been doing Dance Step & little else recently.

7 miles in the sun this morning. It was tough, but I managed not to walk and was relatively pleased with pace.
I’ve got a 10 mile race next Sunday which I’m not really well prepared for, but i at least feel like I’ll finish after today’s run.

I hurt so much today after BodyPump, Balance & Kettlebells yesterday. I can really feel it in my shoulders & glutes.

I’m a bit ouchy in the pecs and triceps after BodyPump last night too. Are you on the new release? I think it’s 122. I quite like it, I can do the lunge track better than I normally can. Those 16 pulses in the chest flys are killer though, especially when one decides foolishly to use the 5kg plates…

Killed my legs dead this morning. It was essentially a full workout of just lunge variations with some calves at the end.
