Soz, I will make an effort to update this more regularly again.

Did a solid six mile trail yesterday. No massive hills, but the whole route was undulating to say the least which provides its own challenges. Our devices had a differing of opinions on tonights run, it was either five or six miles.

I am starting to find this good going again after a long time struggling following being so ill in December. Tonight was a really good run and hopefully I can seriously kick on from there, I am going to need to, the training goes absolutely mental in the next week or two.

Penultimate dance step done. I did have moments of pure euphoria during the class too. But was glad when it was over because my feet really hurt!

The gym is being stripped now and it’s quite sad.

40 mins base run today (6.1km). I opted for treadmill as it was proper hammering down with rain.

Nice one, Alan.

My glutes are battered after the first kettlebells class in a while.

Your running is going great, Alan!

I had a crappy run on Saturday. Didn’t even make it to 5km. And I did 5km on the treadmill on Sunday evening. I really need to get a proper long run in this week though.

Don't beat yourself up Alan, you need the shite runs to enjoy the good ones.

I had one myself tonight, I am tired though so I am not surprised. Did just over two miles (not making 5k either! :mog:) but I needed the stretch out so it was worth it.

MrE and I trained together at the weekend (treadmill and Zwift) and it was nice.

I did one hour easy last night (9.6km)
