L3D5: I thought I’d have an audience for this but the boys were completely uninterested. L3 seems easier than L2 but it does make me sweat more. I still live in hope of doing the whole thing at Natalie level though

Re: Shred 2019
You've done so well. Are you going straight into the six pack one?
W4D4 still didn't register as exercise but my drive on Friday night registered as an outdoor bike ride .

Re: Shred 2019
I’m due to finish shred on Thursday and I was originally planning a rest day (30 min low intensity rowing) on Friday and start 6 pack on Saturday. Now my mum’s coming down Friday night and staying till Monday morning so I will probably have Sat/Sun off and start on Monday. I am not attempting an entirely new DVD with an audience. I might manage some rowing while she’s here though, that’s up in the attic out of the way.

L3D6: That didn’t feel that hard but I am really sweating. I think it’s all the jumping. There are some bits where I feel I should be putting in extra effort but by the time I get to the end I’m just about holding it together so I’ll probably not change anything.

Re: Shred 2019
W4D5 done I used the heavier weights for longer today and pinged my leg 3 mins before the end so I stopped and that's it. This time tomorrow I'll be getting off a plane so I'll be behind you on the six week work out but I will be starting it when I get back.

Well done but ouch to the pinged leg. Have a lovely time, at least you’ll have something to look forward to when you get back

Re: Shred 2019
I found a download of it somewhere and watched the first couple of minutes but I didn’t want to spoiler myself too much.

Re: Shred 2019
I've seen the warm up to week 1 and heard there are lots of planks and burpees.

Re: Shred 2019
L3D7: Against my better judgment I went up to 3kg for the dumbbell clean (still pretty easy) and the plank rows (would have been OK if I hadn’t also attempted full travelling pushups). I finished but was a wreck at the end (even more than usual )

L3D8: Heavier weights (not for everything) and full press ups again, that was hard work. Very much looking forward to Thursday.

L3D9: Really didn’t want to do this, I’ve been yawning all day and it feels like I have the beginnings of a headache but I’m so close I would have been gutted if I hadn’t done it. 1 day to go!!
