I’ve just got my positive PCR result and have everything crossed my triple vaxx means I won’t have a month of illness and breathing issues this time

I was being grumpy with BM earlier because I was feeling so shit and I could see her spiralling and panicking again :( Thank God L lives with us now.

Are we supposed to report in the LFTs for freedom?

You're supposed to report in all LFTs, I think.

A finally had a negative test - on Day 11. I told him to not bother testing on Days 9 and 10 because it made no difference to the process and he was getting really down about the relentless positives. The D11 test was just a bau school week test and it cheered him up a bit.

Oh no, Dutchie and Viggy. I hope it’s very mild.

"we've won the war on COVID". I'm sure that phrase was used in Parliament.

Bollocks.

I hope everyone feels ok xx

I only report ones taken to go onto work, in case I have to prove for work that I've taken one.

However I could just scan an unused one and report it neg if I couldn't be bothered to stick the swab up my nose and all that. So pointless really

Liv just said she had a headache and has tested positive. The rest of us are negative (so far).

Good luck emmap! You might get away with it. So far, two of us have remained entirely Covid free.

We’ve all had a really shit week. Very fortunately Theo and I both feel 100% so that has been the one good thing. I’ve been so scared of Covid for so long and it has been barely noticeable, other than first day of mental back pain. But we’re all thoroughly miserable from cabin fever. T has been sleeping on the floor of his office. Theo has gone full on hermit. F is having a nightmare with his friends and all the things that I’d normally do to cheer us up are not possible coz I’m still testing positive. Just another day tomorrow of us all being trapped together and yet apart and still managing to snap at each other. I feel as sick of this whole sorry thing as I ever have done.

I'm sorry so many of you are positive still, it's never ending.

My work bestie got a positive yesterday, she last had it in the Christmas holidays so it seems really unfair that she's got it again so soon.

BM just had her first negative- another one tomorrow morning and she’s back to school :frolic:

I am absolutely gubbed  I’m not sure where the migraine symptoms end and the covid begins, or whether indeed they’re all just the same thing, but I’m mainlining cocodamol and feeling very sorry for myself. I have bursts of feeling human that I almost instantly regret :))

Ah Vig, hope your symptoms will be short-lived. And Luce, hoping you will all be able to leave the house really soon.

Being stuck indoors for a week with 4/5 of us stopped being fun very quickly too...the two big boys were so happy to be able to go back to school on Thursday! Jake came home exclaiming about how great it was to be back at school and he's not normally the enthusiastic type. I'm feeling surprisingly nornal now for someone who's just had Covid. I don't really trust it, if that makes sense. Surely I should be unusually tired or at least have a persistent cough?

I am STILL testing positive quite strongly, 7 days in. It's mental, I feel completely fine. When I get to day 10, what do I do if its still positive then? Just keep going? What if it never goes negative!?

T and I have now spent 6 nights apart which is the longest we've done since 2005.

After 10 days you just have at it. Squeak was still positive on day 9.
