Back to Dance Step tonight. A new routine and a bit of a shock to the system!

I did a bootcamp yesterday which was the first in just over a week as I wasn't coping with the humidity we had last week.
I'll likely go tomorrow morning too.

I did Pump & Balance this morning but decided that kettlebells this evening would be a bridge too far for the first week back at it after holidays.

Long run day today. It was the worst. It was warmer than I expected. I went out too fast and then bonked a few km in. Overall I hated it. But it’s more kms in my legs. 90 mins/14.88km.

Endurance class completed this morning, a nice circuit style session where I can loose myself and work through it. This is is on top of 3 classes completed this week. I'm also attempting the couch to 5k in the hope I will stop hating it as much as I do at the moment

Dance Step this morning. I know now where I’m going wrong on the new routine, just need to train my feet to understand the directions!

Running rest day. I’ve been neglecting anything else, so did some strength training - shoulders.

I went to Sweatlebells. Loads of people had cancelled; it’s never been so quiet in that class!

I did a wonderful three mile walk tonight but to be honest I am bottoming right out with all of this stuff at the moment, and that really does suck.

3 miles easy pace today. It would have been fine if it wasn’t so warm!

Scooter - it took me weeks to work out the buttons on my Garmin

You’re going to be a slave to your watch in no time, Scoots. I have to do everything Coach Greg tells me to do, or else :mog:

Speed repeats on the plan today. It’s hammering rain so it was on the treadmill. 51 mins/8.5km. Then 15 mins of biceps.
