I've done 3 spins in 3 days now, it feels nice to be (literally) back in the saddle. Honestly, Peloton is really good, shit adverts notwithstanding. I can genuinely forget that I'm in my office and think I'm in a class. The instructors smise at you quite a but but it becomes endearing
I did an 80s 45 minute ride tonight and it was all Cher and Madonna and I loved it. The hardest bit is not having the peer pressure to keep you on your bike but the longer I go without quitting, the more quitting early would be a big deal, if that makes sense.

I ran a kilometre up and down my stairs.
Fucking yay.

It does look good Luce, and I’m glad you’re enjoying it!
I did a class with Elvis yesterday lunchtime then a short walk after work. Sh’bam this morning then a run after work. I might do some yoga or Bodybalance this evening.

I’m going to do a FIIT mum thing tonight I think. Though they all seem to be her “time poor” options this week.

I have run, it was really hard. I think a few days being sedentary have taken their toll.

Have you got favourite Les Mills classes yet, Wendy? I really like Body Combat 74. And the body balance ones in the lower 80s. #77 is good.

I did bodypump today for the first time in eighteen months. I did it all with tiny weights or bodyweight and only the 45 minute one but I still suspect I won't be able to move tomorrow.

Well done, Ken! And a kilometre up and down the stairs is quite an achievement TC!
I ran 10k today, with a couple of stomach induced walks but reasonable pace overall.

I just did an AMRAP upper body weights thing & another timed HIIT thing.
The HIIT thing was this, do it twice & try to beat your time.
DB or KB squat thrusters x10
Tricep dips x10
Bridge + leg lifts x5 L/R
V sits x5 L/R
Plank ups x10
I did 1:41 then realised I’d be quicker if I had the chair in the conservatory with me and managed 1:20.
I don’t expect to be able to raise my arms tomorrow either.

Well done troops!
I am insanely jealous of your Peleton Luce but we just don't have the room.
Gannet and I did my boxing circuit this afternoon. Poor lad needs to up his cardio game
He did well though.

Not really, I'm trying lots of different ones!

I meant to do something last night but then had a glass of wine while cooking dinner and lost all motivation. So I had a session on our cross trainer this morning (I bought it at Mr L's request as a birthday present at least 3 years ago, but it's been mostly used as something to drape sheets over to dry them for the last couple fo years, now it looks like the wisest purchase ever
).

Oh dear! Hope they’ve loosened up a bit now?
I’m actually struggling more to motivate myself to exercise after a day’s wfh, and I’ve no idea why, really

I always found that I had to do stuff first thing or it didn't get done as I think being in the house can make you kind of lethargic.
I went for a walk as I thought it might help but sitting down is still pretty painful!

Enjoy going to the toilet today, Ken!
Sorry, I know we said we'd do it together but with the Peloton now I cannot be arsed to do a second more!
Also, thanks to Chicky using one of referral codes, I now get to buy some overpriced merch!

I'm waiting until I REALLY need a wee each time.
No worries, weirdly just having the chat motivated me to actually get on with doing it! Hopefully I can find time to do it a couple of times a week now.

Ken
I've done a weights circuit and we went on a 6.5m nice cycle.
