Oh no, Edith! I hope A is ok. Yes, as long as the rest of you are testing negative then it’s business as usual. Which is the weirdest feeling ever after such a long time of being careful. It’s moot here because I’m stuck in with both girls but A has gone to work in London today. He told his work that both girls are positive and symptomatic but they wanted him in anyway. I hope he doesn’t spread it around. He’s testing negative but who fucking knows?

It's very hard to keep up. Schools and the general public seem to have entirely different rules at the moment over here. And nobody seems to care anyway.

My kids went back to school after 2 negative tests over the weekend.

My test was negative, so seems like its just a cold. I only had it done at half 11 this morning!

Wow, it took over 24 hours to get my positive result back.

I guess they're not as busy as before. The other ones I've had have been around 24 hours, the one I had on NYE was 48 hours but hardly surprising.

After keeping Jake home almost all of last week for nothing, I will now have Neil and Joe home tomorrow! Neil's whole class is in quarantine after 3 positives. And Joe's girlfriend got a positive LFT tonight after he spent the whole weekend with her. Sigh...

That’s so frustrating, Dutchie! I hope you’re all ok.

I’ve just tested positive, A is the last man standing now.

Ach clue, I hope you are symptom free. How are Pete and Neil?

We both got our negatives through, so bad coughs are about without it being anything other than that.

Oh no, Cluef. How many days after the first positive in your house?

Glad you're okay, Sal.

I don't feel any worse than yesterday but feel very wiped out. Everyone else is getting negative lfts so far.

Oh no, Cluef. I hope you aren’t suffering.

And I hope you feel better soon, Is.

A is feeling pretty rough. I went in to his room and we had a fully masked hug because he was crying at how rubbish he feels and how much he misses us. My lovely, 6ft boy  E opened her birthday presents really quickly with us all fully masked and A sitting by an open window. She’s gutted that all her celebrations have been postponed but knows it’s the right thing to do.

Oh no Edith, that's rough! Hope everyone starts feeling better soon. How are you feeling, cloof?

Sent Jake to school this morning after a negative LFT. Can't book a PCR test for Joe for love nor money...

My sister has just tested positive. She currently only has a sore throat so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that's as bad as it gets for her.
