Re: September Fitness
That sounds good going Ashley, for a holiday!
Tuesday was RPM at lunchtime and Wednesday I went for a run then back to the VOD room at lunchtime. I don't usually do 4 days in a row so mixed it up with Sh'bam. It was fun but I'm always glad I'm alone (and I just hope the front desk has better things to do than monitor the CCTV
).
Bodypump this morning and the termtime regulars were back and man, they moaned A LOT.

Ha! I tried an into to Sh’Bam class on LMOD once and it was horrific. I have no moves or rhythm and am glad no one could see me.
Yesterday was leg day. I surprised myself and really enjoyed it.

Re: September Fitness
I read somewhere to equate miles to days for recovery when running big miles.
Wednesday was my usual kettlebell class and my legs are still feeling it today.
Yesterday was 20 mins easy running with 5 easy strides
Tonight should be BootCamp - it's normally a circuits class.

My legs are killing me now. I upped weights on pretty much every track in BodyPump this morning and then tonight at Sweatlebells I just pushed it due to my neighbour being there.

Nice one, Pip. Hope there’s no DOMs today.
I did a very sweaty full body workout today.

I did bugger all most of the week (other than my ill-fated hotel strength class), but managed a tired and hungover hour at badminton this morning.
Hoping for a bit of a run tomorrow, and then lots of walking and a bit of running on holiday this week

Just under 6 miles this morning. Really had to drag myself out, but glad I did. Should manage yoga later :fc:

Dance Step this morning. At one point my legs couldn’t carry on, even though the rest of me wanted to. :))

I did a sort of 12/3/30 this evening while Squeak did her PT a session. Then I sat about waiting for her. It’s really annoying in the gym, there’s nowhere to perch and wait for someone.

I managed a 3.5 mile run this morning. We’re at a Forest Holidays site so it was mostly on trails and through woods.

Re: September Fitness
More of the same from me but I was out running in the pouring rain last night for a key 10 mile session in the run up to the half marathon I'm doing in a fortnight.
I took a pic of Alan enterprises encroaching on my turf.
