 Me neither. me I mean not you!

Done today. It was the hardest both sessions today. Despite that, I was thinking yesterday, I definitely am stronger and have more stamina with things like the jumping twisting plank and surfers than I did when I last did 1WS which was in January. I did each session on alternate days not both daily.

I didn't go out on my bike.

I’m done for today as well. I’m not as tired as yesterday but my burpees were still quite pathetic. This was the point I had to quit due to illness last time. I think I’m finding it easier this time but it’s difficult to compare. I’m looking forward to doing something else though.

I am looking forward to doing it tomorrow though and looking forward to doing something else afterwards too.

What are you planning to do next?

I'm going to do alternate days of NMTZ with BFBM and continue with KillerB&T until I've completed it.

I’m looking forward to outdoor exercise again. I think I will go back to alternating running and NMTZ to start but other than burpees and squat thrusts I enjoyed the cardio more than I expected so I will try to mix some in. I might get BFBM for a change.

I'm really looking forward to doing BFBM again. :l: I think you'll like it.

You've got the Fast Fix Kick Boxing one, haven't you? I think you'll like that.

I have the kickboxing one in the box set. I watched the tutorial but it was very confusing.

I really don't think you'll find it confusing! It's a very quick burst of cardio circuits targeting certain areas. You will have done much of these moves already so while the pace is quite fast, it's easy to do. I love it.

I think I’llgive it a go, it’s short as well. I could do with something a bit less time consuming at least once a week.

 Never (save me!).

I will gargle my heart shortly. I've already got terrible heartburn so this will be interesting.

I forgot about the clock change so I’m behind this morning. I’m going in once breakfast has gone down.

Well done!

Strength complete here too. I was slow to get going today, wobbling all over the place but the last 2 circuits weren’t so bad. I’m glad it was the last one though. My shoulder complained during the sumos and crunched during the punch pivots. It needs a day off.

Good work! Are you having a day off tomorrow?

I feel like I'm hanging around waiting to do the cardio so I'm going to do it in a minute. I've just got to wait until the brown butter cakes I'm making are ready. :ironlung:
