BFBM done, 411 calories. I feel like I almost reached automaton level.

Well done, it is very warm.

My running plans have been messed up by football so I’m not sure what I’m doing today.

For the first time in a week I wasn’t up for 3-4 hours in the middle of the night so I woke up fresh as a daisy at 6am and did a workout before work. I was unfaithful to Jillian though and did a Davina upper body strength one.

I pretty much only do it before 11am. I just can’t motivate myself after that as it’s more of a faff showering again etc.

Well done. I fell off the exercise wagon entirely last week but I ran to A’s football match this morning. It is horribly humid.

NMTZ done despite the heat. My legs were already aching from yesterday so it wasn’t pretty. 329 calories.

I'm still suffering after Sunday's Davina workout :lol: It shows I needed a change from Shred workout 2 which has been dragging on FOREVER and I'd really been phoning it in. I can hardly walk.

Oops :lol: I’ve never done any Davina workouts but I have heard that they cause severe DOMS. I find I do need to do something at least 5 days a week or it’s not very effective.

Fair enough, anything is better than nothing. My default personality tends to be all or nothing though :))

The other advantage of starting from nothing is you do actually see results :perky: So my top tip is to gain three stone and sit around eating cheese for several years THEN start exercising. I should be a personal trainer or some sort of inspirational life coach really.

Davina upper body workout done. I slept really well so it felt really good today. I’m definitely getting definition in my arms :ripped:

NMTZ done. I swear JM will be the death of me. I tried wearing shorts instead of leggings as I thought it might be cooler but I just ended up with sweaty knees :flirt: that kept sliding on the mat.
