A win's a win in my book Smund.

Well done Mayday that's a fantastic loss.

I spoke to one of the trainers online and my protein target had a typo in it - there was an extra 1 in there so I've been panicking for nothing

Well done on your respective weight losses Est, Smunder, Duo and WOW Mayday! That is seriously impressive!! My 9-days cleanse helped me to lose my first 4kg and an overall loss of 16 cm, so that was well worth it. It also did what I hoped and inspired me to carry on with healthy eating/snacking and exercising more often. Of course during the week of Christmas everything went out of the window, especially as we were in a holiday home for the week but I did keep up the daily exercise. Have just had grilled vegetables with a couple of egg whites and a pint of water, so I feel virtuous! As home schooling starts again tomorrow I am really hoping I can stick to my healthy habits...
