Killer abs level 2 done. It’s got the shoulder stand roll up to standing and they are definitely crossing their feet. She specifically says to alternate which foot you cross over the top.

I am scheduled to run today but am stuck inside waiting for a parcel, which is at once tedious and necessary (the washing machine is buggered and we think there is a blockage but there's no space to get into the blocked pipe, so it's hosepipe and some funnels ). Just now I gave up and made myself an omelette for lunch and of course the minute I sit down (surrounded by excited cats) the parcel arrives and I have to somehow secure my lunch from greedy animals and answer the door, which is annoying both in that I could have waited ten more minutes and then gone for a run, and in that my lunch was spoilt anyway.

And then I opened the parcel and it's just the funnels, the fucking hosepipe is arriving separately. I WILL NEVER LEAVE.

Gah, annoying on all counts, Goat! I hope your hose turns up soon and the washing machine is restored to full functionality again.

HB done earlier and it was much better than yesterday as my wrist and knee feel fine today so I'm pleased. I am using my heaviest weights throughout except for the last two moves in the final circuit second time around.

I forgot Mr G is out for a bit this evening, I was thinking that when he got home I could go out if the hose hadn't arrived but NO. Still waiting. I should have just done Ripped but I didn't think it would work out this way.

She wasn’t too bad thanks, well no worse anyway. She keeps forgetting how bank cards work so periodically there’s a crisis over having no food or access to money. I’ve sorted it for now and told her about contactless again but it’s only a matter of time.

HB done and done very well today, if I do say so myself, I worked hard and was rewarded with my fitbit loving me. I reckon I'll have a terrifying wake up call when I start level 2 and it kills me.

I didn’t plan a specific length of time. I’d like to say till the end of next week but I’m only doing 2-3 per week.

I'm glad your mum's stable Tex but also sorry she's struggling with these things - it's bloody hard.

Brilliant on the HB, enjoy the feeling of self satisfaction as it lingers. I just did Ripped (L4, D5) and was the opposite, a bit sluggish and resentful. I took an antihistamine last night to help me sleep and today I am paying for it in drowsy can't be botheredness. It was still bloody hard. Moo joined me for stretches, which was helpful, it gave me something to stretch to because he likes to bump noses, which is a good stretch from standing.

Also, just one more day of Ripped and then it's over FOREVER*
