I'm still annoyed, I didn't finish it and I didn't redo it either but back on it tomorrow.

I've just read why you needed a beer, Tex, that sounds so hard so I hope the beer took the edge off your day.

I've just done the same Rhod. I had a call from the college on the second to last circuit. I finished the second to last one when the call was finished but ran out of will so didn't bother with the final - 9th - circuit. What I did do today is the repeater of every circuit so I'm upping the ante a bit now I've been back on JM for a week.

I managed a run today. Picked A up from school, dashed home, changed and out again. Parked by the school bus stop and was almost in time for L’s bus. He was quite confused by the car being there without me :lol: I think if I get changed before going to collect A I should be able to manage it in time.

I've just caught up too, Tex. I hope you're doing ok.

Well done on getting the run in before pick up, and for the 10k after Jillian, Disco!

My efforts weren't as good. Did Jillian today and met my parents for a socially distanced walk. About 4 or 5 miles, I think.

Well done Rhod, it sounds like you’re getting on well with Jillian.

Ripped L2 done. I’d forgotten how hard it was. Squat thrusts, squat jacks and mountain climbers! No burpees at least and duck walks don’t rear their ugly heads till L3.

L2 for me again today. My abs were actually sore when I woke up this morning, which didn't happen with level 1. So I guess it's doing something!

Hurrah for (nice) soreness and for L2 hell of both shred and ripped.

I was too busy yesterday but today I did do NMTZ in its entirety. 've been using my medium weights so intend to swap up to my heavy where I can next week.

Well done Disco. I am staying well away from the heavy weights for the time being. I now have feeling back in my fingers but I still get the odd shoulder twinge. Sumo squats with tricep lifts are particularly tricky.

Running today for me.

Oh I'm glad you've said the 3kg are your heavy weights. I only have 2kg weights, so I feel a bit better about using those now!

Yesterday was a right off at the little one has his vaccinations, so was clingy all day. Today I only got through 2 circuits before he started crying uncontrollably. I think I'm going to have to start doing this in the evening. Not finishing all of it puts me in such a bad mood.

I only call them heavy in relation to my light (2lbs never use) and medium (3lbs so much lighter than your 2kg weights).

That's frustrating but at least you managed to get more done than not, I guess. I hope your little boy feels better soon.

NMTZ done. About 40% with heaviest weights - heaviest is probably a better name :))

Well done. That’s good going for NMTZ, there’s a lot of overhead weights.

I’m going to have another crack at Ripped L2 once MrTex is finished on the rower.

The surrenders and tricep kick backs were killers! I will feel it tomorrow in my upper body that's for sure!

It’s the overhead tricep dip things (with sumo squats) and side raises that get me. My shoulder doesn’t mind surrenders so much.

No, no call them heavy weights! Then I can call mine medium weights, and pretend I'm stronger than I am! :lol:

I think I'd really struggle with a lot of overhead weights, so well done. I find the circuit 3, L2 strength moves, really hard! (the ones where you lift the weights straight up, balancing on one leg, and kicking the other out, and then the squat with the v lift)
