RI30 done. Still hard work but a lot better than yesterday as I remembered what was coming up. Yesterday it was just an ongoing horror of what was coming next.

I tried redoing today, but got through the first circuit, then gave up. I often miss out the weekends, but I'll try to do both days, to make up for this week.

Good work Tex and well done for bothering to start again Rhod. I would've considered continuing where I left off and then dismissed the notion.

I need to do at least one day this weekend but I'm currently drinking wine so it might now be tomorrow.

NMTZ today using my heavy weights for approx 60% of the time.

I think I'll be starting a new job soon - in addition to my main part-time job - which will take me up to full time hours so I will have to make extra effort in cramming in exercise.

Well done on the job and the heavy weights.

I did 30DS yesterday, but nothing today. I think that's day 7ish. I guess I'll aim for at least 20 days of L2 before moving on to level 3.

Ripped L2 done. I’m going on to L3 next week, that’s all the animal exercises I think. It’s going to be hell.

Well done both of you and I am not envious of the upcoming animal based level :)) nor 20 days of L2 Shred :eek: you'll regret that decision!

NMTZ today slightly more use of heavy weights today and that is enough. I'm not going to try to increase any more this week but will next week.

Another day down today! I'm only saying 20 days, because I did 20 of L1, and I like to keep things the same! I was originally planning on doing 30 of each, so we'll see if I actually make it!

NMTZ done. I would estimate that I'm actually using the heavy weights for 80% so that's not too bad really.

Ripped L3 done after a fashion. I missed a few reps while gasping for air/water but the duck walks were a lot easier than expected.

Me? :)) They're not so bad. The only ones I can't do many of are the shoulder raises with backward lunge and I'm not going to even try with the heavy for the rest of this week as I sort of pulled a quad with the effort of trying to raise my arms up parallel to the floor. I don't even attempt the sumo squats with tricep dips and the heavy weights as I find it hard enough to keep my elbows facing forward with the medium weights. We will see if my arms are screaming in the morning though!

Good work both of you. I remember the duck walks not being as bad as I thought they were the last time I did Ripped.

I go to baby weights for any sort of side shoulder raise/fly. I’m not risking pins and needles in my hand for another several months.

I don't blame you. I can normally manage the raise for one set then revert to lower but if I find my form being compromised or I hurt myself then there's little point in continuing with heavy I think.
