I have a hangover today so no exercise: only woe.
Tomorrow morning I'm going to do a massive walk with an audiobook. I'm going to try to find a new route so I don't get pissed off with how slow walking is.

I managed to get 5 miles in this morning, so only have to stumble 3 more this aft/evening. To be honest, the temp is only going to drop by one degree by 7pm, so I might just go soon.
My 6 miler last night was actually quite pleasant - quite a breeze and a mainly shady route

167 miles of walking and running to round off the month. I was hoping for more but pray for me and the 206 miles I have to do to finish the challenge.
The weather here has been awful so at least I've not been out there when it's really hot.

Well done Bramble!
I’ve closed out the month on 201 miles. Pretty chuffed with that.

201 miles
I cycled today. L needs a new bike so we were testing a mountain bike one of the neighbours has for sale. It wasn’t entirely successful, the pub was shut and the bike weighed a ton so I ended up riding it back while he had mine but it was useful in that he now knows he wants a lightweight hybrid.

I’ve sort of done today’s HIIT but the tricep stuff in it was too much. I did weights and band stuff instead of crab walking.
Yoga next.
