Still from the weights, Brambs?
I did nothing yesterday. No walking or running - still feels weird.

Yes, they've only just eased off! Such baby weights too
Do not walk behind me, for I may not lead. Do not walk ahead of me, for I may not follow. Do not walk beside me either, just fuck off and leave me alone.

I’m predicting DOMS in my future after doing CXWORX this morning. Corey. I must be getting fitter though; I managed everything without wanting to die the entire time.

I should think you are, Pip! I don’t know where you find the energy
I did as fast (for me) 30 min run this morning, followed by 30 mins slower and walking. I enjoyed the fast run very much after months of almost no speed at all
Taking it easy the rest of this week ready for Outrun 12 on Sat.

I did today’s HIIT (descending pyramid) and then yoga. I’ve got a crashing headache developing right now though, it started to come on during yoga relaxation.

After not going to the gym for ages I have decided to start Couch to 5K. Again. I think the structure of a program will be good for me.

Nothing this morning but we walked to and from the gym to do a RPM class (in heavy rain and wind!)

Re: August Fitness
Beautiful photo Penny.
I won't be trying the splits or anything else although my flexibility isn't too bad after years of TKD and yoga.
I'm tired. I'm sore. I'm tired and sore but only 39 miles to go. I'm still planning on finishing at the latest on Sunday.
Keep on keeping on everyone.

Keep going Duo!!
I had planned a run today. I even got changed into running kit after work. Then it started raining horizontally so I binned it off. I went for a walk once it stopped raining instead.

A day early! You’re doing brilliantly, Duo.
The 800 buzzard continues to remain just out of my grasp. Still trying to find a balance this week between getting a few miles in and not being overly tired on Saturday. At this rate, even if I manage 40 miles on Saturday, I might end up having to walk 20ish on Sunday or Monday
Anyway. 6.66 miles of walking today. My little toe got a bit sore so I cut slightly short.

You've absolutely smashed this Mojo.
I'm so determined to finish at the weekend that I've taken the day of on Friday.

I have run 5K for the first time in a couple of weeks. Think I might die now.

Re: August Fitness
I’ve been to do outdoor Pilates for the last time this summer. We’re going inside the hall from the week after next.
I also had to do today’s HIIT, which was a quick accumulator. I selectively chose not to see the crab walk challenge bit. I’ve only got yesterday’s Pilates to catch up on and I’m on schedule to finish bang on time.

You’ve kept up really well so far, Pip! Well done.
Well done, Tex (hopefully not dead)
6.5 miles today. Half was a lunchtime walk and half an evening jog from the dog field. My little toe is sore which is making me fret about the weekend

Re: August Fitness
Errr no but I might pull a 15 miler.
I have it in my head that I'll finish Sunday morning on the trails and hills behind the village I grew up in. I want to do my last mileage on trails rather than road.

Re: August Fitness
Another 5 miles for me today - a four mile negative split run and then straight into bootcamp for a lower body heavy class and running drills.
