I've done workout no2 from youtube. It's zumba, I think. Some american woman doing it really fast. It all went swimmingly until the cooldown when my rib dislocated so that was a sore ending.

I have failed to shred today and I'm unlikely to tomorrow unless I sleep well and get up early. I've had two nights of absolutely rubbish sleep on the trot now. :grump:

WDD!!!

I did no exercise yesterday, I seemed to spend most of the day on Teams so I am about to NMTZ.

Ugh, me too. I've had fitful sleeps all week actually but last night was the worst with the wind.

Done. It felt easier today but I did only just get over 300 calories. I suspect these 2 facts are related.

I did NMTZ today as my achilles feels a bit sore since yesterday so thought the high impact aerobic exercise was best left.

How did you find it compared to all the cardio?

I ran in a gap in the rain showers although there was an unwelcome if at least very brief burst of hail.

My heel? It was fine doing NMTZ.

Good for you, getting out and chancing a drenching!

I very reluctantly shredded but I ended up "enjoying" it. Cardio is getting marginally easier. I've also noticed I no longer need my knee support.
