Well done! It's way too bitter out. That wind! I went for a 5km walk but that's all my fingers could take. I also did Killer B&T.

That sounds hideous, Tex  Well done.

I did W3D2 shred and a 35-min HIIT video. Indoors.

It’s not tooo bad! I still can’t do press ups, but I’ve surprised myself with some of the non-modified things I can (sort of) do.

Well done! I had a rest day today although I am in the middle of changing all the beds which is quite strenuous (both boys have high sleepers).

Ugh two high sleepers is exertion enough, I agree. We sawed the legs/ desk/ seating area off Monk's one so now it's just a normal height bed

I'm still dithering about getting a fitness tracker. I know they're not 100% accurate, but it would be useful to have some idea of how many calories I'm burning, as I'm calorie counting. The online estimates vary wildly. I don't need anything too fancy.

My SIL wants to do 30 Day Shred at the same time as me when I start in a couple of weeks :panic: She's done it before.

W3D3 for me shortly.

They’re much more accurate than any estimates including gym machines. My Fitbit corresponds with my actual chest heart rate monitor as far as HR and therefore calorie burn is concerned.

I think they generally use HR and body weight to calculate calorie burn which is as accurate as you’ll get. I have my Garmin linked to MFP so I’ve started graphing remaining calories against daily weight loss. 11 days in and there’s definitely a correlation so even if it’s not perfect it’s in the right ballpark.

Killer B&T done. I do like this dvd so far. I’ll continue level 1 for two more weeks before moving up.

Well done. I will have a look at that one although I’m also tempted by extreme shed and shred off the back of that fitness blog.

NMTZ done. Arms shaking slightly. Different stats view today to keep it interesting :))

Estimated sweat loss! How precise. :))

I'm doing 30DS slowly, mixed in with zumba and other bits. Am on level 2 and hating that last bloody circuit.

Nearly a litre! :flirt:

L2 of shred is a total git. L3 is harder but much more fun.

A litre of sweat

Today I did W3D3 BS, 40 mins HIIT and a 45-60 min very cold walk (not sure as I popped into Tesco in the middle of it).

I only bought it while I was checking out ES&S after you last mentioned it. I've got Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism on its way now too which I think is meant to go alongside NMTZ as cardio.

Well done to both. Especially if you left the house today. I tried to force my child to come for a walk but he moaned that it was too cold so I told him if he continued to moan then we wouldn't go - I really didn't fancy it  - he laughed and I mistook it for moaning.
