I’ve been to the pub now so it’s all a distant memory

Very good.

NMTZ done here. I tried to channel Disco’s automaton but I’m not sure I managed it. 345 calories, not bad for a resistance workout.

Good work!

I didn't turn into an automaton today sadly.

My wrist is bloody killing me - and has been every since I mentioned it last week - I can't put any weight on it so had to do upright versions/ my own mods. Turning the door knobs is even painful so I'm trying to remember to use my left hand for everything. It will be fine again in a few days but I think it was the planking from elbow to hand in BFBM that's done it. They are becoming stronger though because they don't 'go' half as often as they used to. I wonder if I should get some kind of wrist support though.

How annoying. A wrist support might be a good idea, the rolling planks (I think she calls them?) are probably to blame as you end up supporting all your weight on one hand for half the time.

Oh that's good to know. Do I have to wear it all the time? :( Or only when exercising?

Ah rolling planks. Those wrist snapping bastards.

Only when shredding due to the incessant lunging etc.

I'm so excited and cannot wait. I wonder if I can fashion something to wear now. I might have some tubigrip knocking around.

I was eyeing up various socks earlier. I've got slings and stuff but that might be taking it a bit too far :)) plus I want to be able to use my hand and arm just not have it feel like it's snapping at the slightest movement.

I feel a bit left out, maybe I need a shoulder support.

You will look like you're wearing a gun holster.

I'm having a break today. On the last knee thrusters my lower back twinged and it was sore all evening to the point of taking painkillers. It feels ok today but I think a rest will do it good so I'll go for a walk soon.

ETA I have made the right decision. It's started aching without doing anything.

That sounds wise, Disco.

I'm meant to be shredding today but a 9am meeting and my refusal to get up early made it impossible :))

I think you’ve done the right thing Disco.

I think I’m going to run today. I have a Teams meeting this evening and I think a burst of fresh air would be helpful.

40 min speed walk done but my back aches now. In other news my support has arrived. It does make things better but I have small hands and the stretchy loop bit that goes around my thumb is annoyingly big but I might be able to wrap the whole thing a bit better to mitigate that.

How’s the back Disco?

BFBM done. 417 calories. Lower than usual but I didn’t feel I had much to give after a fairly hideous 5K run yesterday.
