It's ok today, thanks Tex. My arm aches now though. :)) I've been out half the day so it's a day off again. Hopefully I won't feel rough from the vaccine tomorrow so will be back on it.

Good work. 417 is still not to be sniffed at.

I am letting the side down but I am not very good at fitting it around clients who pay me a day rate as I'm usually a morning exerciser and not an early riser :)) I should be able to get back on it tomorrow afternoon which will be very confusing.

I'm not up to anything either today but I am going to do something tomorrow but nothing too frantic. My arm and shoulder still hurt too and some joints feel, not sore, but are making themselves known so I will play it by ear tomorrow.

NMTZ done today. It was good. I used my medium weights and did easy press ups because I forgot to put my wrist support on and didn't want to push it. I didn't feel like Jillian yesterday but did do a 33km bike ride instead and will go out on my bike again tomorrow while the weather's so nice.

Hello I am here and not dead! A belated happy birthday to L.

I appear to be doing 300 Day Shred but nevertheless I’m back on it and have just done W2D3. Why is so much of it in the plank position?

I am also back. I did BFBM yesterday. I had to take a break because of a headache I couldn't shift from Wed-Fri. I had to go to bed in the day on Wednesday and went early every night so i think it was still vaccine after effects. I feel ok now though.

I’ve felt really tired all week plus L’s birthday so it’s been a write off. I wondered if the tiredness was jab related.

I plan to get back to it tomorrow although “it” might be a run rather than JM.

I bet it was related. I'm certain mine was and two friends who were also vaccinated the same day or week as me both felt tired all week. One felt feverish (again) mid week and had to take to her bed.

Well done! 35k is a good distance.

I ran 5K, it wasn’t pretty. Luckily St Elmo’s Fire started with just under a km to go or I’m not sure I’d have made it :mog:
