Well done! Ah, did your knee hurt again? Can you adapt?

Re: Gargle Your Heart - JM workout
It’s just twinging a little bit. I don’t know if it’s bad form or it just doesn’t like lunging (who could blame it?)

Re: Gargle Your Heart - JM workout
Hopefully it's just a one off (two off) objection at being made to lunge backwards.

I’m aiming for a rest day tomorrow to placate it.

Re: Gargle Your Heart - JM workout
It is, yes thanks. I'm still hoping to be good to go for Monday. I could attempt something now - not literally now as I'm drinking wine - but I think as it's still aching (but not acute sharp pain) I should just be patient and leave it 'til next week.

How are you both? Usually I’m the injured one!
W2D5 done. Halfway. I hate Natalie btw. Who exercises with massive curly hair all loose?

Well done with pushing on with W2! I don’t like it when they have loose hair either. It makes it look like they’re just out for a casual stroll.
My knee seems to have survived. I’m trying to find a break In the rain to go out for a run. I’ll see how it copes with the hills.

Well done, nine and glad your knee is behaving Tex.
My back still isn't right! I can feel it in that I am aware I have a lower back if that makes sense. I don't want to jeopardise its improvement by doing any high impact stuff and NMTZ wouldn't be good either, I don't think as wouldn't be able to do windscreen wipers and stuff like that. I think deep squats might trigger it too at this stage. So I've just done a youtube walking workout. It was quite fast paced and had knee raises and arm stuff incorporated but I did feel like a member of the Golden Girls. My lower back is making itself known a bit more now but it's not painful, just *there*.

Resting it sounds wise. Maybe a bit of stretchy yoga?
I was planning BFBM today but I’ve just spent an hour in the garden with a wheelbarrow instead.

How’s the back now Disco?
I’m really short of time today so I just did KBFF2 between school pick ups. 165 calories in 20 minutes isn’t to be sniffed at. It will be even more when I get the hang of the combinations rather than miss half of them after I stutter to an uncoordinated stop.

Re: Gargle Your Heart - JM workout
It's a good burner; the FFKB.
My back is ok, thanks. Today is the first day I am not aware that I possess a lower back. I've been walking (13k steps today) and I've actually lost weight this last week and a bit. I think because I've been conscious of not being able to burn 400 cals with Jillian so I've made wiser food choices. I think I still will rest it for tomorrow and Friday just because I feel a bit anxious about it going again, so I'll see how I feel on Saturday.

All of it?? Well done!
I did KBFF3 on Friday and it was OK but I have so much trouble following the combinations There’s always a bit where I either trip over my own feet and/or nearly punch the wall. Sometimes at the same time.
