 I have started a thread, I’ll post on there. I am encouraged by my coach also picking Jillian as her inspiration.

I’ve just done my 6 pack revolution daily exercises (40 press ups and 40 side to side squats). Shortly we will be flinging battle ropes around in the garden (watched by a mystified dog).

I haven’t had a break except when I was on holiday and the following week. I walked a lot instead.

I couldn’t do 40 press ups though!

Hope your parsnips aren’t needed, nine.

Well done. I am waiting for tea #1 to go down before I do my daily press ups and squats.

Oof. How many of each have you got to do? And are they all full press ups?

It’s week 4 so 40 of each. Full press ups if you can but knees is fine if that’s your level. I’ve been doing 15 full and 25 on knees.

Bloody hell. That's good though. I can do 15 on a good day but then I might only manage 8 on another. Are you enjoying it? Do you feel like you're becoming fitter and/or developing packs?

I think I’m enjoying it  It is immensely time consuming so there’s not much time to think about it. I can’t say I’m missing anything foodwise unless I get a whiff of coffee or, bizarrely, basmati rice cooking. I think I’m leaner than I was but I’m told you really start to see a difference in about week 7. I am interested to see how I will find e.g. NMTZ once this is finished.

That's really good you've not felt like you've missed out on any food things. I think I would have had a massive sugar and fat binge by now.

Yes, it's good to have the NMTZ baseline to use as a gauge.

I can't do one press up! I think it's a combination of small (not short - I'm not a T Rex) arms and carrying most of my weight in my lower half.

I have finally recovered from Shred.

I've had a flu vaccination so with my stiff arm I did a 7 mile walk yesterday and a 90 min bike ride today. I became hot so stopped to take a layer off. I looked at my phone and it had the driving notification on so I had to tell it I wasn't driving a car :mog:

I did another run yesterday and today. I'm only running my morning brisk walk route and I ran it just under 14 minutes this morning. I think it's about 2.5km so not far.

23km bike ride yesterday and 18km bike ride today.

You’ve been very consistent.

I’m up to 60 press ups per day this week. My arms are not thanking me particularly after yesterday’s challenge which involved among other things 2x30 tricep dips and 2x50 ball slams with a 9kg ball.

60 press ups a day  that is insane! Full ones? To be fair I couldn't even do 60 knee ones  I also don't think I could do more than 3 x 10 tricep dips in one go and even then I don't know if I can do that much!

The other part of the dailies this week is 60 pulse squats so I’m doing 2x15 press-ups (full if a bit shallow), 30 pulse squats and repeat.

Last week I struggled to do 20 tricep dips and this week the first 20 were quite easy so I’m improving :))

Oh, and to add insult to injury we have to post videos of all the challenges on our FB group for the coaches to comment on
