Good work! I'll bet it has too. I feel fitter and stronger.

BFBM done today. I really like this workout.

I think I might get BFBM for days when I need to Blast Body Fat with Movement and the weather’s bad.

You didn’t see it :lol: The punches and front kicks weren’t too bad considering but any kind of backward kick was frankly embarrassing.

:lol: I love backward kicks. BFBM is very calm and sedate so you will have time to fine hone.

40 mins of cardio :lol: I still struggle through the two minutes of jumping jacks and jump rope in Shred.

It can’t be worse that running 5K. About 10 minutes longer but with the opportunity for brief water stops.

So have I. I would be tempted to descend into an alcoholic stupor quite early but I’m driving A to football training. Prob a good thing.

Happy birthday! Sorry it’s a bit belated.

I’m not sure what to do about shred. My knees are really sore despite two days’ rest. It’s probably the static lunges with bicep curls, isn’t it?

Probably the lunging, yes but when you say really sore what do you mean? is it an acute sharp pain? Or achiness and realising those joints exist when going up and down stairs/ bending them?

They feel irritated and inflamed - not a sharp pain but definitely not just muscle soreness.

Perhaps just stop the lunging aspect for a bit and use heavier weights for those sets of biceps?
