Well done. Is that similar to BFBM in overall time?
I had a rest day today apart from a bit of geocaching at lunchtime.

KillerB&T L1 and FFKN L3 today.
Yes, it's about an hour so slightly longer but that's probably more because of the time it takes to switch over DVDs and not being able to skip through the disclaimer stuff.

I had a rest day yesterday and felt energised for BFBM today. The whole time I pretended I was doing a one take video being beamed out to the market square so I pushed it out for Jillian. 452 cals, so not too bad.

I might have to try that. I am hoping to do NMTZ later but I’m doing a geocaching maintenance walk with L first.

It does work!
Ooh, is it raining? It's very damp here but I had a nice mooch in the sodden garden pulling out moss from the lawn and that's the extent of my venturing outside today.

I think it’s stopped raining now. I haven’t been outside yet.

It’s not raining but it’s blowy and damp. We ended up walking near enough 5K and I’m not sure I’ll have time for Jillian as well.

Is that the abs level? Is it mostly standing or mat work?

Re: Gargle Your Heart - JM workout
It is the abs level. Erm, more standing that mat work I'd say but there are mountain climbers, bicycle crunches, a splaying your body out thing kind of like hollow man.

Re: Gargle Your Heart - JM workout
Sounds horrible
NMTZ done. I really wasn’t feeling it to start with. I think I was still feeling yesterday’s run and even the arm circles were a bit half hearted. It did improve once I got past the bicep circuit. 272 calories (plus 205 for a 3km geocaching walk at lunchtime).

Well done!
I started BFBM and 11 minutes in something went in my back. I'm on my second set of painkillers and I've found some very old tramadol I am planning on taking closer to bedtime.

Oh no! You must have really been throwing yourself into it. I hope it recovers soon.

Re: Gargle Your Heart - JM workout
Not as bad as yesterday, thanks, but I can't exercise. Just walking with purpose is not possible. However, I've just taken a Tramadol - I only had two in my possession - so it's making things a bit blurred around the edges.

Blurred sounds like an improvement.

Definitely. It was so bad yesterday, every slight movement caused an involuntary yelp but it's definitely improved. I think I will have to take a few days off though! For now I will enjoy my opioid buzz.
