No idea, nothing particularly alarming. I should possibly get it checked out.

It makes me laugh too. The whole thing makes me laugh; sitting on my sofa checking my heartrate, writing signs with a hospital bag packed. :mog: Drama Queen much.

The photo memory will come up on my phone soon. i will post it again so we can laugh at me.

Had you had a coffee or anything? My mum has tachycardia and there's no concerning reason for it (hers).

I don’t think so. It’s always been fast though. I remember in science lessons at school my HR being higher than everyone else’s and assuming I was doing it wrong.

I feel bad about laughing at MrTex now. He’s been feeling progressively worse and it might actually be a reaction to the covid jab rather than culinary stress.

It sounds like you're probably similar to my mum then in that it's normal for you.

I take back my mirth at MrT now too. Hopefully he'll feel better in the morning.

I hope so too. I’ve provided paracetamol and sympathy.

Poor Mr Tex and the high stress cooking. Was he doing it on bungee?

My sleep was awful for the last couple of days (less than five hours I think) so yesterday I made do with walking a couple of miles. I slept well last night though so will be doing shred and HIIT.

He’s still feeling rough so I think it is jab related. My friend was laid up in bed for 24 hours last weekend after reacting to it too.

I am planning to run today although the weather is a bit vile. I’ll have to get out fairly early before I talk myself out of it.

I went for a walk and did shred plus a "combat-style" HIIT with Joe Wicks which involve a lot of shoulder-based moves. I seem to have done something to my left shoulder

Oh no! My shoulders are often weird, it's not very nice. Hopefully an overnight rest will sort it out.

Hope it improves soon, shoulders are temperamental IME.

The weather’s not improved so I rowed instead of running.

I’ve draped a heated beanbag over it. Annoying. I didn’t feel it happen at the time, weirdly.

I’ve just been outside to take the bins down and indoor exercise was definitely the right choice.

Definitely. It's way too cold. It was 9 degrees in this stupid house this morning and not even warming up my clothes in bed before working out was going to cut it today. At least it should be much warmer from tomorrow.

Killer B&T - it was a good sesh says fitbit - I notice my legs are burning less during the plie squats with heel raises followed by plie jumps so that bodes well. I've also done a 7km walk.

Less burning is always good news.

NMTZ done. Only 430 calories but it felt like more.

I was thinking of registering for the virtual barre class on Thursday but given the current weather/power cut situation in Houston I’m not convinced it will be on.

Well done! Whereas I started NMTZ today got 15 minutes in and then couldn't bring myself to continue.

That must be around the end of the first abs? That would be where I’d most likely quit, I think the bicep circuit is my least favourite.

NMTZ sounds hardcore.

I didn't do Shred today as I am giving my shoulder a break (it's definitely on the mend though) but I did HIIT. Not the stupid combat one that hurt my shoulder in the first place. And I walked for an hour or so.
