Good work, nine.

NMTZ again. Thought I’d snap my stats. I need to work harder to get to your level Tex!

My HR hits 133 after the first move of the warm up  Well done.

My exercise for the day involved carrying a 12.5kg sack of birdseed up the hill from where Hermes had delivered it to the wrong house.

That's a lot of calories!

I did W2D2 before lunch. I upped my weights as I understand the moves a bit better now.

That's good.

I really wanted to do it today but M accidentally broke the kitchen tap off a few days ago and I came to realise I can't fit the replacement with a youtube tutorial and a flat head screwdriver :)) so my friend gave up his afternoon off to do it for me and I mentioned to ignore the horrible sealant around the sink, I was waiting to borrow a mastic gun :blah: so he said he would to that too! Anyway, that was a long way of saying I didn't do it (NMTZ).

I can’t face it today, I still ache from Wednesday and we’re doing a quiz tonight so I need to get everyone fed a bit earlier than usual. I could probably have done with a run to work off today’s frustrations but it started pouring down so I opened a beer instead.

I also have a quiz to attend and need to make food earlier and I'm typing here but need to move now!

I hope the beer helps Tex, you deserve some down time.

Good going!

NMTZ. I think I'll try to do some cardio in addition next week so the plan is NMTZ 3 times a week and 1WS cardio 2-3 times a week.

Well done. We have just cycled to the bike shop to drop the bikes in for a service. Only about 10km but it’s freezing!

Well done to you. It is bitterly cold outside today. I think my bed linen has almost frozen on the line.

It's just starting snowing here. Not sure I fancy going for a walk today so I will probably stick to Shred and Pilates again.

Nice one, disco. I did ripped Saturday and today. I’m feeling better for it. Still walking at least 6km a day too.

Well done. I met my friend for a socially distanced walk today so didn’t bother with Jillian.

That's good work Ashley, and walking too. I'm not bothering with any regular outside exercise until it's warmer.

1WS cardio today. My knee was ok but I only did small long jumps and was careful, slow, during squat jumps.

I’m only doing the walking as I’m going into the office each day, I’d never be arsed otherwise probably! I won’t do anything else today as I slept really badly last night and feel awful today.

A walk with a friend sounds nice, Tex.

And glad your knee was okay with it, disco.

NMTZ done. Only 479 calories this time

I haven’t been sleeping well either, I hope this will help.
