That sounds successful
Well done Nine! I’m sure you’re gagging to get started on W2!
BFBM done here. 456 calories!

It's good! My highest burn with it so far is 473 so it's a good burner.

Have you recovered from the sprains and strains? I lost all sense of spatial awareness on the knee crunches and lunged backwards into the seat of the rower. I have a huge bruise across the back of my calf.

Ouch! I slipped on the laptop power lead during a side lunge the other day but no bashing occurred.

Good luck!
I did BFBM yesterday and will probably do KillerB&T later on today.

I genuinely don’t think I’ll be able to do half of it, but I’ll give it a go.

I did it! I had to use a few of the modified versions but I got through it. W2D1 DONE.

Well done! W2 is deeply unpleasant.
I might have a rest day today. I went for a geocaching walk yesterday rather than JM.

Good work, nini!
I did KB&T level 1 which was fine. My right wrist feels a bit sprained/ weak so I had to modify the mat work section for inner thighs but it's pretty similar to NMTZ except holding oneself up on one arm so I could do it on my elbow (like in NMTZ).
No cramps today.

Woo! to no cramps.
I had thought I’d do NMTZ this afternoon but I couldn’t face it after a cold but exciting hour or so watching football. I still have to make up all the beds as well.

Making up beds especially raised ones is enough of a workout!
I had plans to do FFKB but instead went for a 12km walk.

That one felt really good. I am too malcoordinated to do the pendulum lunges with bicep curls very effectively though. I like the ab work with the exception of the last one in the plank position.

Well done! I am really not a fan of all the squat thrusts etc in that one.

I mainly do the modified ones as my knees would not thank me for going too mental on those.Texaco Shirley wrote: ↑Mon Apr 12, 2021 11:11 am Well done! I am really not a fan of all the squat thrusts etc in that one.

NMTZ this morning. I went into my automaton zone and really felt like I could see into each muscle and make it work super efficiently. I think that worked because I burned 390 which is a lot for me for NMTZ.

I’ve just booked a table at the pub so I’d better go and do BFBM It’s too cold to run.

Done. It was a bit of a slow start I think but still 446 calories overall. Circuit 6 is a bit of a killer, I think it’s mostly the scissor jumps.
