I have shredded. It is definitely getting easier despite the heat. Having said that I am using piddly 1kg weights and my shoulder still grumbled.

I'm back. Last week I did three workout sessions using my lightest weights in case my back went ping again. That was fine. Today I used my second heaviest.

I've been walking so much since doing my back I've lost weight so that's good because I thought I might gain weight not being able to do cardio.

28 mile bike ride on Friday
50 min circuits plus 90 minute walk - Monday
50 min circuits plus 60 minute walk - today

Wed - 60 min walk
Thurs - 60 min circuits plus 30 min walk
Fri - 16 min run plus 45 min walk

30 min circuits plus 60 min walk and a quick extra weighted arm workout.

After faaaaar too long, I've just done 30DS level 1. The plan is to do it every weekday and then I'll do Ripped.

Well done!

I did daily 60-90 min walk plus 50-50 min circuits on Tue, Wed, Thur, Fri and Sunday.

You're a machine. The 27 minutes of 30DS was more than enough for me although I did actually do all of every move which must be progress of some sorts.

It's nice to feel tangible improvements! 30DS is hard. A short, sharp, shrift if ever there was one.

I am always surprised by how hard 30DS is when I come back to it.

I’ve signed up to six pack revolution and used Jillian for my inspiration photo. It may be a case of out of one cult and into another :lol:

I've seen some very impressive results from that on Twitter, although I'm not sure what it really involves.

I've missed the Jillian cult, I'm glad to get back to it. :))

It’s 75 days of being told what to do/eat. I may rebel at some stage but I’m treating it as an interesting experiment and I intend to try to stick to it properly. I am a bit worried by having to do 110 press ups per day for 6 days of the final week. I hope I have misinterpreted something.

110 press ups? Ouch. How long are the workouts in the first stage?

We’ve only had a rough guide so far. It’s daily press ups and glute exercises (squats?) starting at 10 and ramping up 10 per week. Abs issued on a weekly basis to be done every other day plus 2 other fitness challenges per week.

Don’t know yet. They’re issuing the meal plans tomorrow. I do know it’s 3 meals and 3 snacks per day.

I'm looking forward to hearing all about it. I can't imagine being able to do 110 press ups in my life let alone in one go :lol:
