Re: Gargle Your Heart - JM workout
It's supposed to be a glute exercise but it's my thighs that hate me by the end.

Wow it's been ages since posting but I haven't stopped. Today I fleetingly considered starting One Week Shred as this is traditional 1WS time but I dismissed the notion almost instantly. Maybe in January when life couldn't get any bleaker unless you added a relentless fitness regime in.

Didn’t we try it in Jan the first time? You and I fell by the wayside while Goat made it all the way through.
We have abandoned all pretence of anything but a Christmas lifestyle for now. We may need a remedial 100% 6 pack revolution plan in January.

I can't remember, I thought all goes at it were during December but I could be wrong. You and I both almost got to the end though, mere days away, before being struck down by illness.
I haven't even started a Christmas lifestyle yet - shocking for me - although the mince pies and florentines are calling me right now.

Oh hi guys. I have been a bit crap and mainly just walking. But I want to get into a routine now - probably mainly kettlebells with a bit of Shred and Davina.

HIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII!
I had Christmas Day off and yesterday and today. Weather permitting I will start my morning run again, and will carry on doing what I'm doing though I need to get some 7kg dumbbells to up my weights.

7kg!!!!
I have not started exercising again since finishing 6pack (unless you count shifting boxes of stuff from my mum’s). I’m aiming to start daily press ups again this week and then get back to alternating Jillian and running next week.

That's not heavy though, is it? I mean people have 20kg+ dumbbells. Not that I want to get any heavier ones. My 5kgs are quiet weighty enough for me for most things!

It does depend what you’re doing with it. I use 8kg for weighted side bends but nothing over 2kg to lift over my head.

I wouldn’t even consider 5! I might manage to build up to 3.

I've just gradually worked my way up. I can feel I'm stronger as my wrists don't really feel like they will snap these days (and I can lift slightly heavier weights).

Circuits with weights today and yesterday for an hour each and this morning I went for a run interspersed with a little walking - 2.15km in 14 minutes - which was quite a nice start to the day.

I have avoided the issue by doing no exercise
