Re: January fitness
That’s a big jump Pip. Is that for everyone or is the end of your intro period causing it?
Handstands today, in a top that I now know falls down. I’m definitely better than last time I went.
This week is full of client meetings and I won’t get out to my usual lunchtime spin. I need to see if I can shuffle things about.

Re: January fitness
Good position!
I realised that last time I went skiing I was dancing twice a week and trampolining once so was fairly fit. This time I’m only dancing once or twice a week so my core and fitness are definitely not what they were. So I forced myself onto the treadmill this morning and back into the C25K programme. I chose a Week 4 session and didn’t die so that was good. I might go straight into Week 5 next.

Are you going skiing soon?
Gym this morning for chest presses (flat/incline) and raises (front/lateral) then a bit of cross trainer. Spin this lunchtime, and I'll go do some calisthenics and stretches when the girls swim tonight.

I cancelled kettlebells due to awaiting my test result and I’ve used the time to do a HIIT catch up.

HIIT on Friday, swimming Saturday and 10 k walk with Mr D yesterday, so I felt I deserved a relative rest day (except for a 15 minute bike ride).

I missed your headstand photo! That's impressive.
A walk tonight.

Do not walk behind me, for I may not lead. Do not walk ahead of me, for I may not follow. Do not walk beside me either, just fuck off and leave me alone.

Step 122 for Weds. Don’t love that one. Today was going to be Pump but I’m feeling a bit wiped out so won’t bother. Been doing well at getting steps in this week though.

Well done everyone! I’ve done nothing for over a week due to a combination of cold and feeling generally crap.
Back to running club last night though and felt ok.

We ran last night. It was also freezing!
We're up to 2 x 12 minutes with a 3 minute walk.

Tuesday was squats, Wednesday was my class, Thursday was deadlifts. I've skipped this morning as I'll go tonight and do calisthenics/stretching.

I did Pilates via FaceTime last night. Everyone else was there in the village hall and I was at home. It was nice to move but did leave me very tired.
I’ve got HIIT and fitness tests to do today. I’m going to pop some paracetamol for my headache and give it a go. I think it’s an “indoors” headache, you know the type you get from central heating.

Re: January fitness
I've been a bit shit this week...did a couple of short workouts but hurt something on the inside of my knee on Wednesday and haven't been able to do anything since. Hoping to go for a run tomorrow as it feels a lot better tonight. I feel I need to do something after getting KFC with Jake tonight!
