I did a LMOD BodyPump this morning (full body). Chunk was dithering about joining in but thankfully left me to it.

I did lots of walking, went for a run and practised some calisthenics while away.

I’ve been for a swim tonight, for the first time in months. I really noticed the difference all the upper body training has made!

Oh, that must be the best feeling, Wendy.

I had a couple of rest days then it was quads and calves this morning.

Gym this morning with Sproglette, which was nice just to get back to it but I didn’t go mad as I knew there was more to come!

1:1 was lower body focused and then calisthenics straight after finished me off.

Yoga this evening, the instructor was incomprehensible, kept getting her left and right mixed up, used her own invented shorthand and descriptions for moves and poses so if you weren’t familiar with her you didn’t know what the fuck was going on, and apologised at the end for the quality of the class, so even by her own standards it was bad.

Then I did Pump with my second-favourite Pump instructor, and that was much better.

I finished off the month with a short walk to get my steps in.

Stats for the month:

120km of walking
162km of cycling which includes some RPM classes where my watch has connected to the bike sensor
18km of running
18km of swimming
352,091 steps

I logged at least one activity on all but two days but still managed to get my steps in on those days.

Not bad going for an old bird :))
Do not walk behind me, for I may not lead. Do not walk ahead of me, for I may not follow. Do not walk beside me either, just fuck off and leave me alone.
