Re: 6 pack revolution

It’s done. We get 2 each week to be completed by midnight Wednesday and Sunday and they’re different each time. This one was 2 circuits of 11 moves (including 2 repeats) some of which were battle ropes but also included rock stars and rotating jump squats. 45 seconds of each with a 15 second rest and 1 minute rest between the 2 circuits.

Yes. I’m definitely stronger and I feel leaner, no idea what I actually weigh. There is still some way to go though

She has had the decency to choose a useful number of days. Next Weds is the start of phase 4 of the food plan.

Honestly the hardest part is the food prep. It’s like having a newborn and planning days out around their feeds

Week 7! 70 press ups is a lot! Today’s challenge was no picnic either. It was EMOM (every minute on the minute): 10 deep squat battle rope slams, 5 inchworms, 5 squat front kicks, rest for the few seconds remaining in the minute, repeat 20 times.

So do you have to do 70 press ups in one go or is it part of a workout and 70 press ups of various types are included?

What is an inchworm? I'm assuming it's not lying facedown on the floor slowly propelling yourself forward in that hump-y caterpillar movement?!

We have to do 70 press ups and 70 lunge to high knees each day (excluding 1 rest day). They can be in one go or split into sets or even done across the day so long as they’re done. The challenge workout is completely separate from the daily exercises.

That’s the one except we’re only going as far as plank (she’s extending) and you’re supposed to keep your legs straight.
