Caterpillars sounds familiar. I keep calling things by their Jillian name and only realise when MrTex is staring at me blankly

No idea. Jillian Michaels - an american - calls them caterpillars though.

She is not even human, let alone a Brit.

I like this, because it implies Brit is a higher tier of human-ness :))

I've had to take some wine to ease the DOMS in my triceps and upper body in general.

Sadly instead of wine there are 70 press ups in my immediate future.

Are you planning to tackle that in one fell swoop?

What's today's menu?

I’m doing a set of 20, then 10 followed by 40 reverse lunge to high knee. Repeat the press ups and then another 30 lunges.

Today’s menu:

Fake Eton mess (strawberries with Greek yoghurt and pistachios)
Cottage cheese and avocado with pomegranate seeds on rice cakes
Meal replacement smoothie
Falafel with baba ganoush
Chicken pesto salad
Something else - can’t remember off the top of my head

Such a lovely way to spend a Friday evening :))

That all sounds very nice. Are you still finding it hard going with the prep and clean up all the food entails?

The daily exercise bit sounds a lot but at least doesn’t take long :))

We’ve sort of got the food under control now. MrTex is in charge of making snacks and I do meals. We both get 1 cheat. He makes double of the bedtime snack so it’s ready for the next morning too and we have one meal replacement smoothie. I think a lot of people are batch cooking at weekends but I’d hate eating the same thing every day.
