I also hate lunges with a fiery passion, even before I got fat and unfit!

I did not get up for Pump this morning, quelle surprise. So I will do a lunchtime gym visit and pootle about on the machines.

Today was also lunge-tastic for me (and step ups too).

Lunges are inherently bad, but also I find it tricky to get exactly the right stance and not annoy the knee on my back leg.

I have redeemed myself somewhat today by doing Zumba and Pump back to back 💀 Mainly because of wine tasting this afternoon and knowing I’ll be to hungover to workout tomorrow. That said, I am pleased I managed two classes, still taking things fairly easy, and rewarded myself with some new boots on the way back to my car

Upper body for me today. Back and bicep focus. I got it done super early. So I can either chill for the rest of the day or throw some cardio in later. I also have employed the reward method - three new sports bras and a pair of shorts are winging their way to me soon.

I’ve done kettlebells the past two days and I think I deserve a rest now.

Yesterday was my rest day. This morning was a particularly hard going full body workout.

I did Zumba on Weds and a class called high fitness yesterday which is a bit like body attack/aerobics but more jumpy :knees: :lg: I might have a rest today or just do a gentle yoga flow. It’s likely I will be too hungover to get up in time for Zumba again tomorrow, which is annoying.

I did Yoga and BodyPump on Weds night, then Spirit and Pilates last night.

Today I binned off the classes I'd had booked as I was feeling a bit creaky when I woke up, but I'm feeling a bit more limber now and I might go for a swim this evening after my singing lesson.

I did Pump and Balance this morning, and really now wish I’d cancelled kettlebells outside the 4 hour window because I just want a nap.

Yeah, that's how I felt this morning. Luckily the classes I wanted to cancel are always extremely popular and therefore fully booked, which meant that as long as I cancelled them with a couple of hours' warning they were almost certain to be booked by someone else, and I'd therefore escape a black mark on my booking record.

I had a couple of rest days and it was my least favourite body parts this morning - chest and triceps. It’s done now though.
