Weights workout today, I like it but it's tricky to find the right time to go. I do spin on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, so those are out. I also leave work a bit earlier those days. That leaves Mon/Wed/Fri but I don't want to go to the gym every weekday. I also can't leave work early every day but the gym is so busy after 5pm
I have a review next week with the instructor who did my induction and I'm going to talk it over with her. I could go first thing in the morning but I hate morning exercise and I'd have to go early enough to get ready for work afterwards. I don't work from home much these days so have less flexibility than before.
I don't think there really is a solution tbh, I just wanted to get my thoughts down on paper (as such).
