Hiya, if anyone is about to change their energy supply to Octopus, let me know, I can refer you and we’ll both get £50 if signing up before midnight on Friday.

I’ve been with them since April. I’ve not had any problems since then so can’t really report on how they would handle them, but the online account is clear and easy to use and they are very good with timely email comms.

I'm very pleased with them too.

Does anyone have a code at the moment? I'm thinking of swapping and they seem a good option if there's a code.

You should get your £50, I've signed up. It may take a while though because there's something up with my gas meter and it doesn't show up on the system.

I've been with them for years! I referred my mum after the utter shitshow of her last energy supplier (Foxglove) and she's been super impressed. I handle the account for her so just ask her for meter readings every so often.

Oh, I should also say customer service so far has been great. They actually answer emails! And the swap had gone very smoothly on their side.

We're probably about to change to them as well as Mr Speedy is placing an order for a Nissan Leaf and the electric vehicle tariff looks very good. Just started the sign up process and it thinks we still have an old style economy 7 meter so waiting for them to get back to me.
Didn't see this thread until after I started signing so up for signing for a referral providing we can still do it.

Sorry, yes, I misread and got the wrong end of the stick. Shoe you can check the bottom of the landing page after you've signed in, there's a section called "Refer Your Friends" and you can generate a code from there.

I'm surprised your mum's code is for £200 brambs. That's only available to me if I refer a business rather than an individual.

Can you only refer once? I can't find my code which is why I used my mum's. She'll be happy though.
