Yeah, we’ll see how it goes! Apparently I told her they were from Spain that one time she had them for dessert nearly two years ago.

We got one of those ninja foodies and there’s recipe for air fryer doughnuts emma, I wonder if you could make churros in that? I too have a fear of deep fat frying.More the mess in my case!

Fried courgette with roasted peppers, peanuts and chilli
This was so good!
Is this from the Fearne Cotton book, Wendy? Would you mind posting a picture of the recipe?

M: Baked chicken & Rice
T: pork & sage meatballs
W: Chicken Katsu curry & rice
T: Tuna pasta bake
F: Fish & Chips
S: Steak & chips
S: Roast pork

I may swap out the F&C on Friday for something else as I don't fancy chips twice in a row but my brain has given up on meal planning so it can stay for now.

We are shopping the freezer!

Lunches will be:
Soup
Gnocchi and sausage bake
Filled tortellini (twice)
Goulash

Dinners will be:
Slow cooked brisket with veggies and Yorkshires
Madras and mushroom rice
Chicken and rice
Squid, ribs, chicken wings
Chilli and chips

I will then look at doing some batch cooking next weekend to fill it back up again!
Do not walk behind me, for I may not lead. Do not walk ahead of me, for I may not follow. Do not walk beside me either, just fuck off and leave me alone.
