That looks awesome, Brambs! I was planning to start theme night on a Saturday, inspired by Smal's tapas, but we have had to put ourselves on a budget so I couldn't. Boring

We also went with a Spanish theme! S made paella.
I made a torta de naranja using Seville oranges. The syrup tasted like sour orange sweets

I love paella.
We had breakfast naans this morning. I made the jam and the naan dough yesterday (from Dishoom's recipe). Gannet also made the chai which he said was nice but not as nice as the one we got in the box - probably due to old spices
(Rubbish photo, sorry). I couldn't eat all of mine.
I do think this will be my go to naan recipe in future. It's a really easy dough to work with.

The naan looks great. I have the ingredients for black daal to make tomorrow and was planning to try the mason too. I have ordered the kit for my brother’s birthday breakfast next Saturday too!

They were a bit over really, I’d’ve liked them a bit more gooey but I panicked at 6 minutes and gave them another one.

Nice orange yolks though. I can't be doing with pale yolked eggs.

Christo made his specialty club sandwiches but fried the middle bread this time. And I realise why I fell in love with him all over again.

Ooh Pip
We have had sweet and sour chicken based on this recipe (we didn't have tofu). Added green beans and beansprouts.
