For some reason, I don't like the description "Mouthfuls". Despite that, I'd want to try the confit egg yolk one. And I'd have the courgette flowers, beef and cheesecake.

I'd have the trout cornetto out of curiosity, the ham terrine because I'm not mad about goats cheese or sea bream, the lamb and the chocolate torte.
