Lemony linguine

Next week, including lunches:
Potato and onion tacos with Mexican rice
Smoked tofu bowl
Chana masala
Sunday roast
Miso butter beans
Black olive pesto pasta
Cheesy hamburger shells
Puff pastry veg tart

I love that leek and chickpea soup and haven’t made it for ages! I have leeks and obviously chickpeas :weewee:

W instant pot lamb biryani (first time trying this recipe, hope it works and that it freezes well!)
Th jacket spud & cheese
F trout stir-fry & noodles
S roast pork
S leftover roast pork stroganoff
It’s like a normal midlife crisis only with more chandeliers and foreign languages.

Reader, it did not work. It caught a bit on the bottom (although i didn't get the burn warning) and the rice was slightly overcooked. The taste was great but the texture wasn't right and the onions were undercooked. I may try it again, but tweak it a bit. I have frozen three portions and will see how it stands up to freezing.
