I borrowed the latest Bosh book from the library as I wasn’t sure it was my thing and it isn’t. This recipe was also published in a mag though and is one of the few that doesn’t use processed meat replacement (it’s tempeh).

I’ve been having a lot of salads lately. One is a version of Nandos, and the other is chicken & bacon Caesar.

Looks yummy. You could always pop a few slices in the freezer.

I didn't get any rock buns (R took a few in to school for her friends, because they always ask for them!), but I did snag the last scone this morning. To be fair, I'm reducing carbs at the moment so I wasn't going for them.

Every time I've tried to make cornbread, it's come out as very ... dense. Is that how it's meant to be?
