I've been thinking about that pie this week as I peer at my wild garlic every morning. I will have to supplement from external foraging.

The cheese layers are a mixture of mozzarella and ricotta, with cream, an egg and seasoned with salt.

People were interested in the Anna Jones traybake lemon dhal.

It was very nice but one you have to keep popping back to the kitchen for, to add more ingredients. I stirred the tofu in rather than leaving it on top. They don’t want the pickled chillies next time.

The pie for sure. I love cheese toasties with wild garlic butter on the outside of the bread. Butter also nice thrown in to pan fried salmon woth capers.
