Mine is bigger but I didn't do the same topping. Yours looks nice, I like seeing the strands.

I truly love that pan so would make it in there again. I will tweak the topping.

Mine is shallow. 6 or 7 cm tall? 31 cm base.

Mine is 28cm diameter and about 10xom deep I think. I’d like more topping but I think I should’ve whisked it more in a bigger bowl.

That is a good size. I have a smaller one that isn't wide and shallow which I think is 22 or maybe 24. Actually I dunno. It's smaller and deeper but much used and loved.

Re: Hey! Good lookin’!
I made this a few days ago but am posting now because I finally decided I like it. Strawberry tiramisu from the Wild figs and fennel book.
Definitely better the next day and quite trifle like. I want to try it with roasted strawberries next.

Tiramisu is like chilli & lasagne, always better the following day.

I would really tuck in to that now.
Less enticing is prawn gyoza chilli noodle soup.

Is that purple_dress's recipe?
I made Alison Roman's raspberry ricotta cake - my colleague doesn't like traditional birthday cakes so I hope she'll like it.

Yep, likewise, disco. Also, that cake
I feel these won't be as visually pleasing as the prior...
I made a sort of mediterranean fish and pasta and since I was making the fish I made some tofu with the same seasoning and it worked out really well.

Then smash burgers from another day (realized we didn't have buns and used sourdough instead and made them patty melts) with caramelized diced onions and special burger sauce (like a hyped up thousand island) and then another pasta using some of the leftover tofu along with lots of random things from the fridge (mushrooms, asparagus, chickpeas).

Re: Hey! Good lookin’!
I made a red velour (Velvet) cake for C's birthday. Not got a money shot yet as we're cutting into it later*. The crumb is blitzed up cake from leveling the top.
I did make three cupcakes with the leftover batter and they were delicious.
I used an idea from the internet to use the turntable from my microwave as I don't have a cake turntable and it makes it so much easier to lob icing on
* Sooner than I thought!
