Yes, it’s a filo pastry shell with caramelised walnuts between the layers (although I did a mix of pistachios and walnuts). You pour cold syrup over the filo while it’s still hot, cool and then the cheesecake mixture (feta, cream cheese, cream, white chocolate and lemon) is no bake.
